Refund & Cancelation Policy
Due to the living nature of our products, all sales are finals. We do not offer refunds or exchanges when the plants have been picked up or shipped. We cannot be held responsible in the event of theft, loss or any other situation when the package is in the hands of the carrier.
If you have any concerns regarding the condition of your plant upon arrival, please email us within 24 hours of pickup including photos at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot be held responsible for any weather damage during pickup / transportation.
Aroids Shop cannot be held responsible in any way if a plant or cutting loses leaves, dies or withers from the moment it has been picked up by the buyer. For variegated plants, we cannot guarantee continuity of variegation. We do, however, guarantee that the plants are well acclimatized when sold to you.
If you want to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com. Please note that we will apply a 10% restocking fee for canceling an order.
