Shipping & Pickup Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer Canada-wide shipping. The plants will be shipped with the roots wrapped in sphagnum moss. Afterwards, they will be carefully wrapped in wrapping paper including poly-fill to ensure that their leaves are well protected. Thermal bubble wrap will also be used to control temperature fluctuations during delivery.
We offer 1 business day shipping with Fedex and Purolator (we reserve us the right to change the carrier selected at checkout. Prices will be determined according to your location, the weight of the box and its dimensions.
We generally ship orders on Monday and/or Tuesday to avoid weekend delays. When we receive your tracking number, we will email it to you as soon as possible so you can track the progress of your package. We recommend that you be present when your precious arrives to avoid a long wait at your door. If you don't pick up your order on time and the box remains on your balcony or at the post office, we cannot replace your plants or refund.
We cannot be held responsible in the event of theft, loss or any other situation when the package is in the hands of the carrier.
* Please note that there may be some delays beyond our control which may make shipping longer than expected.
* Please note that a healthy plant can still experience shipping stress. Your plant may experience leaf loss or yellowing or some other stress related to transport.
PICKUP POLICY
Once you have selected the pickup option on site in Mirabel (approximately 30 minutes from Montreal), we will contact you by email to make an appointment with you. Pickup schedule : Monday to Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
