** NON-ACCLIMATED PLANTS**

The plants in this section are sold non-acclimated. Plants are supposed to arrive in Canada early december. 

They are guaranteed to arrive alive in Canada; however, we are not responsible for any aesthetic damage or root loss that may occur during shipping. These are normal challenges associated with the import and acclimation of certain plants.

Instruction for acclimating your plants will be included with each order. Please ensure you have the necessary equipment and knowledge to acclimate them. Once the plants are delivered, their care is your responsibility, and neither we nor the supplier will be held accountable.

*Once a plant is purchased, there are no exchanges or cancellations.

IMPORTANT: Do not combine a “pre-order” plant with an “in-stock” plant in the same order. Please place two separate orders.
